Standard UK delivery is £4.99 on all orders.

Most of our products are personalised and made to order. We always aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking information where available.

Need your order for a specific date?

We understand that Lapland jumpers are often needed for a special trip, Christmas event or family occasion.

If you need your order by a particular date, please let us know when placing your order or contact us as soon as possible afterwards.

We will always do our very best to meet your requested date, although we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, particularly during busy periods or where delays are outside our control.

We recommend ordering as early as possible if your items are needed for a Lapland trip or other special occasion.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when ordering, as we may be unable to change it once your order has entered production or been dispatched.
